Jeff leads Federal Realty’s West Coast leasing efforts, bringing more than 20 years of experience in retail and mixed-use real estate across major U.S. markets.
He comes to Federal from Lewis Retail Centers, where he oversaw retail development and leasing strategy across a portfolio of shopping centers in California and Nevada. Prior to that, Jeff held senior leasing and development roles at Brookfield Properties and Forest City Realty Trust, where he was recognized as a top leasing producer and drove repositioning strategies for large-format retail and mixed-use assets across Southern California and New York.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
