Paige Pitcher

Paige Pitcher is Senior Vice President, Digital Innovation at Federal Realty, where she leads the company’s strategy for putting data and artificial intelligence to work across leasing, operations, and investment. She reports to President & Chief Executive Officer Don Wood.

Pitcher has spent more than 15 years at the intersection of real estate, technology, and investment — as an operator, an investor, and a builder. She joined Federal Realty from Bigger Pitcher Advisory, the firm she founded to advise global real estate and corporate clients on AI adoption and new business models. As Vice President of Partnerships at Moderne Ventures, she worked with many of the country’s leading REITs to identify and deploy emerging technology, and as Director of Innovation at Hines she built and led the firm’s global corporate innovation platform. Earlier in her career, she co-founded a development firm that deployed more than $80 million across 14 mixed-use projects, carrying each from underwriting and entitlement through construction and delivery.

Pitcher holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Utah. She serves on the Blackstone Proptech Advisory Board and the board of the Center for Real Estate Technology and Innovation.
